About an hour ago at 2 pm, Judge John E. Jordan in Orlando ruled that he was granting the unopposed motion by Brigitte Kruse to amend her lawsuit against Priscilla Presley.
So now, the official version of the lawsuit is now the one with the stunning claim that we reported on Saturday: That Elvis and Priscilla Presley have a previously unknown grandchild living today in Florida.
Kruse initially filed her lawsuit last year, suing Presley for breach of contract, and we first broke the news about the case in February at the Daily Beast. Kruse accuses Presley of breach of contract after, she alleges, she had helped Presley come back from the brink of bankruptcy only to be shut out once things were going better for the former wife of Elvis Presley.
Priscilla retaliated with the help of entertainment attorney Marty Singer, who announced in July that Priscilla had filed an elder abuse lawsuit against Kruse in Los Angeles. Also, Priscilla is denying that Kruse’s lawsuit is legitimate because Priscilla says she has no ties to Florida.
Kruse has responded with this new version of her lawsuit which contains a bombshell: In order to prove that Priscilla has ties to Florida, her new lawsuit claims that Elvis and Priscilla Presley have a grandchild living today in Florida:
Presley has deep personal ties to Florida. Her late daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, lived in Florida, in addition to a grandchild (the grandchild of Elvis and Presley), who still resides in Florida as of today.
Lisa, who died in January 2023, was the only child of Elvis and Priscilla, and Lisa’s three children — Riley Keough, and twins Harper and Finley Lockwood — all live in California. (Lisa’s son Ben died in 2020.)
Priscilla Presley now has 20 days to respond to the court about this document. And until she does, or until Brigitte Kruse brings more evidence to court backing up her claims, we are not going to engage in speculation about who the grandchild is. We understand that speculation is only natural in a case like this, but we prefer to stick to facts.
And the cold hard fact now is that Priscilla Presley has less than three weeks to answer this stunning claim about her having a grandkid in Florida.
Wow.

Great publicity for Scientology. Keep it in the news.
Speculation will be rampant. I’ll wait for facts. Lawsuits are such ugly things. No one but the lawyers win. Everyone else walks away battered. Whoever this alleged grandchild is, welcome to Elvis level publicly. I hope Kruse, Priscilla or someone who can provides some level of protection for you. It’s not your fault.
