Sorry to hear that, Valerie. The US legal system appears to be easy to exploit for organisations which have "church"as part of their name. That should not be the case.

Scientology's oppressive influence leeches into the US Justice system.

If you can't turn to the legal system, then that really condemns our US legal system.

"irreparable damage" means something to me now.

This choice that our legal system makes an ex cult member abide by "religious arbitration" legal docs signed by an abusive cult, is a longer argument and needs spelling out for the wider public.

The legal agreements you sign with Scientology do irreparable harm to those that sign them, and our legal system enforces.

Never sign any legal agreements with Scientology when they then intrude their L. Ron Hubbard abusive tenets back into your life for the "rest of your life" type of legal doc language that Scientology damnable lawyers insert and "okay" to be in Scientology's legal documents.

This is an oppressive outcome, and a justice system in this case in condemnable.
