Our last update on LRH 2.0, an ex-convict who legally changed his name from Justin Craig to Lafayette Ronald Hubbard, and who currently sits in a Tennessee jail awaiting trial on serious charges, was that after we had published details about the allegations he’s facing, he appeared to have a bit of a crisis of faith.
He told his followers, who receive updates from him at Facebook, that he was considering dropping the idea that he was the reincarnated Scientology founder, but he still wanted them to keep sending him money. After an outpouring from his fans, he decided not only that he would continue as “Lafayette,” but that he was more certain than ever that he’d been Ron in a previous life.
Since then we’ve received a couple more updates, and we thought you might want to hear about it on this long holiday weekend.
And look, we understand that for some independent Scientologists (people who have left the official church but continue to adhere to the ideas of the original Hubbard), part of the appeal must be that LRH 2.0 is actively supplying them with new additions and emendations to the “Bridge to Total Freedom.” For them, Scientology — or “Esperianism” as 2.0 calls it — is still a work in progress, and that’s exciting.
Here was the latest message that the faithful received a couple of weeks ago, as LRH 2.0 announced that he’s been busy while in jail making even more breakthroughs, and that he has solutions for “all upper-level cases,” but for now he’s going to keep it to himself, apparently…
[June 25] TO ALL ESPERIANS, We have effectively cracked all upper-level cases with the use of repetitive timing. Now, at the end of the day time is just a postulate that space and particles will persist, so it is a postulate in and of itself. I have been working with the application of postulates to other beings, in real time, with the results being quite extraordinary. Things are happening for me now that SHOULD NOT BE! They are very out of the ordinary. Some real OT stuff. So I would say that this is where the final application of the tech lies – flexing our abilities by helping other beings through space and time. This makes perfect sense when you figure OT means being at cause over all MEST. And the only way you can do this is by postulating changes in PT, then narrowing that ability to the point it is simultaneous. This is the route out. As I’m running this stuff (which I won’t release just yet) I have taken to writing down my observations, so that I can write up whichever ones turn out to be uniform enough to be classified as laws. That being said, this is not going to deviate much from what we are doing with repetitive timing, although I do see the application for this along all of the new Bridge. If things do get to the point to where this technique is substituted in place of RT, we can easily incorporate it without too much change. But we DEFINITELY have a solution here to all upper-level cases. I have long sought a replacement for NOTS, we now have that as well. Love, Ron
Meanwhile, as Lafayette continues to find solutions for operating thetans in the Anderson County jail, and has finally found “the route out,” which, from our reading of LRH 1.0’s lectures was a reference to being able to leave his universe and move on to others (exciting!), we also heard again from one of Lafayette’s most ardent supporters, the independent Scientologist Theo Sismanides.
He was really helpful this time, answering the question we had posed about why he was convinced that Justin Craig, career criminal, was in fact the returned Great Thetan himself.
“I want to let you in on some news,” Theo wrote to us. “LRH (1.0) had foretold his coming back! Shocking surprise?”
Theo also said that the timing was right. “The Church of Scientology keeps amassing billions without making true OTs, much less able to do anything about the global situation. They have been bought off many years ago. Thus, the Freezone,” he wrote. “So there is no better time for LRH to appear again as he promised. Before it’s too late after a nuclear war.”
As for that promise to come back, Theo said that Ron spelled it out in a passage from Hymn of Asia, which he wrote in 1955 or 1956 and had published in 1973.
Here is the passage that Theo sent us. You tell us, is this Ron announcing that he’d be coming back?
When you have studied the
Great Lessons
And years from now
Grown expert
In this Wisdom and
This skill,
If you have still
A distance yet to go
And you are ready then
And if all things
Have gone well
And I live still
As mortal man
Why then I’ll
Give you more
To carry you afar.
But let this be my secret
Until time comes
And I see how
You’ve carried out
the Lessons
But there be more
And this
You soon will see
And seeing then
And understanding too
You will be Buddhas
All
This I promise you.
Theo also said he was very concerned about how long it is taking 2.0 to get a trial on his charges, and suggested that there was some conspiracy about that. But our understanding, after talking with court officials in Anderson County, was that Lafayette’s own attorney had asked for delays, putting off what will no doubt be a pretty involved trial, since it will include testimony about a number of different incidents that occurred over several years.
Well, 2.0’s next court hearing is coming up pretty quick, on August 2, and we’ll see if he can finally get a trial date set then. Hang in there, Theo!

Dude can’t postulate himself out of prison, or that tat off his forehead.
My memory might be off on this, so maybe there are others who've listened to tape 10 on the Class 8 course who can confirm or correct what I think I remember Hubbard said on that tape about returning after he'd passed. As I recall, he said he'd come back, but not as a Scientologist and in another field ... perhaps as a politician(?). In any case, I'm pretty sure he said he wouldn't come back as Lafayette Ron Hubbard.
