I hope he has a lawyer NOT a Scientologist to advise him on all the contracts he'll be signing away his rights to Scientology, to review and tell him how screwed he is.

Never join staff, you pretty much sign your soul away to Scientology for life, the "Staff Contrat" and any other contracts give up your rights for life in so many tiny detailed sentences in the contracts.

NEVER join, never SIGN any of the Scientology contracts. They are a trauma/engram all their own.

Yes, those are all the standard excuses for staying on staff even when it is obviously a huge mistake. I love the idea of "confusion blowing off", in other words things have totally gone into the toilet and it is a huge mess but that is just what happens when you start to put order into something. Right, Ron!

He is delusional if he thinks he will get trained to be a respected executive. Staff training is super low priority in an actual org. Maybe he hopes to get sent to Flag to do the FEBC. Wait till he finds out about the vital importance of the Telex and the three-basket system! Mimeo! Central Files! Dead tree letters! 40s naval administrative technology today.
