I wonder if the Teegeeackian Twat's lawyers advised him to not use the word "money" or to show actual dollar amounts of "donations" on this wondrous church's public communications?

"No, your honor, there was no wire fraud. No money was collected. These were upbeat, spiritual gatherings, each with its own inspiring theme. The donations of swords, light sabers, jousting poles,

and other bits were merely symbols of each member's commitment to building a spiritual mecca for the millions of humans clamoring for scientology in their respective areas..."

“They” may never take their freedom, but the criminal organisation known as the “church” of $cientology will take their money...

I bid 100 quatloos!!! Or maybe 2000 thistles? Yeah, I'll go with thistles, they stick to your pants and are almost as hard to get rid as a hungry Reg.

Makes me sad to see their faces. Being duped big time.

Wow, I just LOVE this! Especially the guy talking about Files and having a ziplock bag with an original letter about files by LRH. I was puzzled by the Scottish-Italian meal, however - that is a new one. And I kept thinking she said it was gathering of clams, not a gathering of clans.

God bless their hearts: they've got their freedom (if not their money) and ain't nobody gonna take it from 'em.

For the briefest moment, I experienced the feeling that washed over me when I received promo like this, best described as "dread". Then I remembered the relief I felt when I walked away from it.

These are nice reminders, Tony. :)

Thank you, Tony, for this report, and yet I need to say that this hopeless tale saddens me much. It is now even more clear to me that Religion itself seems to fundamentally be the making of promises of freedom/the threats of damnation that are manifested in the minds of people continuously held and enslaved for extreme exploitation.

I now see how incredibly easy it is to dupe people when you tell them they will eventually get the freedom they sorely want.

Freedom is the universal glue, it seems to me.

Please tell me this is not a real "thing". The photos with the sword props? The farcical, even zany characters....These behaviors would make a middle-schooler cringe.

The look on the face of the fellow with the precious in-person signature of L.Ron?

I am mortified for them. (Maybe if Mel had been there?).

Thank you so much, Tony. I would never have believed it without you.

Why the fake cash? I don't get it. Is this like another run of 1970's I-promise-to-pay, "Postulate Checks?"

Brave on, and upward, Fellow Freedom Fighters -- but wait!

Who is watching the cupboard?
