My first layman thoughts were:

a) As I age, I've for the last couple decades, post-Scientology-cacoon staff life I led, come to greatly admire "Jewish" people, and rather my experience is the secular smart Jewish heritage persons, and even it's been Buddhists who grew up Jewish, who most inspired me to even look again into Buddhism, which I'm doing late in life, that all my experiences add up to counter MacDonald's anti Semitism insane reasoning. (My favorite Sea Orgers came from Jewish backgrounds and some from Catholic upbringings, which I only reflected upon and realized once I got out of Scientology, and which ever religion they grew up in the ones with Ivy League level educations, or smart enough to get through college/university, literate, seemed the overall most reasonable.)

b) Tony took on subjects, and was ahead of the curve, and I so appreciate Tony's deeper penetration and good explaining of things, it's just all through Tony's journalism, so big thanks for putting out your other work.

c) Adult eduction is just so important to understanding the world and one has to read, or listen to book length discussions, good magazine length journalism that educates, is so valuable as a step to getting up to reading books and adult educating, which is mostly free, libraries are everywhere and have good non fiction writing to read. (You can get the Harvard Classics for super cheap on Kindle, etc., we have such a wealth of reading free access today.)
