We’ve been telling you for several weeks that a new amended complaint was expected in the Bixler v. Scientology lawsuit, and that it might dramatically change the case. That’s the lawsuit that was filed by Danny Masterson’s victims in 2019, even before he was charged criminally in June 2020. And the lawsuit initially wasn’t about the sexual assault allegations, it was about the harassment that the women said they were experiencing since they had come forward to the LAPD in late 2016.
Until now, I had not known how early Rapey started his crime spree. I see the RICO charge being very easy to prove. That long history of coverups must have cost the Masterson clan a lot of money and service to the Clampire.
I am a huge fan of 'look back' laws for sex abuse and California's seems to working out nicely. New York has a similar 'look back' law and I hope that everyone who has a claim will take advantage of those laws.
Who does the CO$ think they are, the Catholic Church? Several dioceses have been driven to bankruptcy in New York, I have no idea how many in the US are using bankruptcy courts to discharge their debts, the money involved is huge. I hope that the current list of torts against the CO$ expands a lot and we get a good accounting of the CO$ holdings. A conviction on RICO charges is worth what, triple damages?
With the National Geographic mainstream article out the cherchs reputation just got dinged 100%.
The adds to the credibility of the new filing for the plaintiffs and is far more accurate regarding the truth now. Scientology will jump at any chance to extract money from it members who mess up in any way. I have my own stories. The hammer on the scammers is finally falling.
Such wonderful news! Thank you, Tony, and a special thank you to all of the brave people who are stepping up and standing up to this criminal enterprise masquerading as a church.
If nothing else, just covering the lawsuit will win the public's opinion over to the points in the lawsuit.
Hubbard's Scientology deserves to evaporate, and I wish some Sea Org Reserves sea orger would start writing checks paying back parishioners' their "donations" before anyone notices the funds have been returned to the dupes.
Hubbard's Scientology is a losing proposition from every angle.
To all of you taking on the cult in the lawsuit, thank you so much. So much courage.

Finally a RICO charge, even if it is civil.
Did the Plaintiffs add attorneys who specialize in Civil RICO type cases?

Wow! another brave person; bravo!!
If the logical fear of so many, to denounce everything they have suffered, were lost...
They shouldn't be allowed to say, "we are the real secret, secret agents." Judicial power is needed, but not only that; Others should get wet too.
(Say hello to Mark if anyone contacts him).
