The PIs don't seem to be collecting license plate numbers. How are you going find all those 'squirrels' if you don't have license plate numbers? It sounds like the Rathbun's had a nice party and Mike and Christie hosted a nice party. The lack of useful information seems to make this 'surveillance' an expensive joke. And the joke is on those who hired the PIs.
Maybe the plate #s were just left off the Bunker post for brevity's sake (and privacy). I can't imagine Dave would pay them if they didn't list and run every plate.
