I know my questions aren't about the assessment you've given Mr. Tex, which is greatly appreciated. Sitll, I still want to ask. Is it true that when there's a potential domestic abuse report, the alleged victim is supposed to be questioned alone - not with her accused abuser's lawyer by her side? Even though this questioning by LAPD took place in 2013, wasn't this a faux pa by the police who questioned Shelly? Can the court order a new investigation by a more competent LAPD officer specializing in alleged abuse situations?

I don't know what the specific LAPD procedures are for investigating a missing person or conducting a welfare check. To my mind it would be best to question someone alone, but there was also no authority to require Shelly to answer questions. She could have requested a Scientology attorney and unless there was evidence of actual harm or an imminent threat there was only so much the police could do.

I am going to keep on asking Where’s Shelly and questioning the relationship between Scientology and the LAPD. However a court has no jurisdiction to order a new investigation.

Chris Shelton did an interesting interview with former police chief.

It's also likely that CoS coerced Shelly to have that lawyer with her considering how they antagonize those trying to leave by way of their barbaric arbitration tactics.

There must be a new welfare check on Shelly. If there is a Scientology attorney present with her, the LAPD officer must to take Shelly aside and ask if she would be willing to speak with them privately.

The Chris Shelton interview is indeed interesting. Thank you for suggesting it.
