Two weeks ago, we told you that we had confirmed something we’ve suspected for months, that high-profile litigator David Boies was interested in getting in on the action of suing the Church of Scientology. We had received an acknowledgment from his firm that it was now representing some of Danny Masterson’s accusers for purposes of protecting their rights during Masterson’s criminal trial.
The plaintiffs deserve excellent representation. I hope they get it. The Philly Dream Team stepped on its male member too many times. Fighting the CO$ is an uphill battle and I hope everyone is ready for the marathon. Ok Boies, gird your loins and pick up Lady Justices sword and balances. And get some comfortable running shoes. I can see appeals all the way to the Supreme Court, because that is how Miscavige rolls.
Great catch Mark Bunker, as Tony says, 'they have no shame'. It is up to the vox populi to bring the shame home.
It's nice to have seemingly excellent lawyers taking up this case. Hopefully Danny Masterson will be languishing in prison when the civil suit is going on.
