We listened in remotely to this morning’s hearing at Los Angeles County Superior Court and the courtroom of Judge Gail Killefer in the matter of Valerie Haney’s lawsuit against Scientology, which has been forced into arbitration. (Valerie was represented by Graham Berry and was not in attendance.)
What a shit-show. I am not a lawyer, but I get that the judge is taking a hands-off approach to this(*cough*fart*) "religious arbitration" procedure, as maddening as it is..
I am frustrated that more judges aren't familiar with the legal history of this church...Not that that would necessarily make any difference in taking this international crime syndicate down...

So frustrating! Valerie just gets handed over to the “church” she’s saying abused her?
You’d think that a transcript of the arbitration would be the least they could do for her, but no, not even that. Where is the justice here?
