I think he’s going down the wrong path with challenging the police reports. It always seems to backfire on him. I’d love to hear your thoughts on the jury... do they seem engaged? What’s is the make up of the jury? Anyone you think who might be foreperson? How are they responding to witnesses? Do they watch Danny much? Anything you can provide on that topic would be much appreciated. Perhaps a video over the weekend. And are we gonna hear from Mr. Augustine this week? As I said, I’m on absolute tenterhooks about this trial. While they say it’s not about Scientology, I think it’s clear from the testimony that the church is a hostile witness to all this violence. No worry about blackout curtains. It takes about 20 minutes to 'dark adapt' and then she should be able to make out things like a gun, location of closets, etc. By the way, the rapes seemed to go on and on suggesting who knows what about the functionality of the rapist. ? His use of function enhancing med or something else.

Question for the Proprietor: Has (Should?) ((Can?)) the prosecutor show anything from LRH himself with so much he wrote, which would explain in his own words the ins and outs of fair game and SP? I remember in Going Clear there were actual visuals of typed pages from some sort of book that were like a bibliography throughout. It really made it clear that this existed. If Lawrence Wright showed it, then why does nobody else? I have never seen an interview (even going back to Tommy Davis' (in)famous TV interview) or any part of Paul Haggis so far and here with DM, where those talking about this have been able to shut up the ones saying that fair gaming doesn't exist and disconnection doesn't exist. It's in their own -- what do you call it? -- "bible," if you will. Also, I'm annoyed by proxy that there is another youtube gal giving DM updates and reading all the transcription from Underground Bunker's days in the courtroom practically verbatim and not crediting the source. Not my business but geeeez.
I re-watched your wrap up, Tony, and I wanted to add 2 things:
1) Having been in courtrooms with Scientology back when I was "in" (Wallershiem & David Mayo + a few others)...I am pretty sure I remember one of their tactics is to bore the jury to near death
Exp: In Wallershiem 's case, the Judge would literally fall asleep! Why? Per their "tech", once you go by a misunderstood word, you will go blank for a time. Suggestion: Keep an eye out for this, or ask Jeff to.
2) Just a side note about the Ribisis':

Gay Ribisi is Vaunni (Giovanni Ribisi) 's
Mother. A few years ago some critics found her IAS certificates in the trash. I had never (in 30 years "in') heard of *any" Scientologist throwing any certificate in the trash. If I remember correctly, it used to be a "high Crime" to destroy or harm any Scientology
Information....which certificate's would be part of.
We who knew Gay thought that was it! She would finally leave. Turned out not to be the case....yet. Love to all here & have a glorious wk-end! 🌹🙂👍💜
