Smart very busy professionals, my respect goes out to all these lawyers and judge and prosecutors, and journalists (and super informed citizens like Jeffrey Augustine) who venture into the details to explain this.
Olmedo is not afraid of an appeal. She knows one is coming. She wants this to be a fair trial. Cohen and the peeing in the street is just silly, I drink alcohol so seldom it’s an occasion that everyone notices when I do. I drink water all the time and I need to pee all the damn time. It’s just the way it is. Cohen is just trying to do what he can with a really bad set of facts.
I know I say this all the time - but I am just so very grateful for your dedication to this story. It’s so important... for justice for these women, and for the hits it makes to one of the worlds most evil cults. Thank you, Tony.
Wow that Amy Zimmerman article (Daily Beast July 8, 2018) certainly has some incendiary stuff. Especially the witness to the JD1 incident (I hope they're coming to court!).
Wow! So interesting!!! I have a question - why won't the judge allow JD4 talk about both instances with Danny? Why just the first encounter? Wouldn't it make sense to allow her to tell her full story?

I agree about Olmedo. It's very important that this trial is presented in a fair and balanced way. The stakes are high.

I find it interesting and a shame that the judge limits witnesses and what they can say just to save time and meet her schedule. What about justice?
The Judge laid out the time frame in the beginning. It's Cohen that wasted days with his frivolous duplicate questioning.

I can't get to play it's always does this, tried app on online and it doesn't work. Have to wait for you tube the next day
Mine works great early in the am then it's a big maybe during rush hours on my cell towers I guess.
Cohen is playing a poker hand with too many Jokers. Jane Doe 4 for the win! How many other victims are there?
Wow.
Ha! I had the same thought as Jeffery!
*high fives Jeff*
