Judge Olmedo continues to impress me. She is controlling the attempt to draw out the proceedings and turn it into a circus. The 20 page juror questionnaire was way too long, no matter what it asked at this stage. The attorneys are actually getting a present from Judge Olmedo because they will still have all their peremptory challenges going into voir dire.
No matter what anyone says, the CO$ is on trial here too. If $cientology is mentioned too much by the prosecution, grounds for an appeal will be there.
