I will be curious to know if they all say āmorningā to Danny after hearing some of the testimony. Generally a celebrity gets away with a little more. Judge Olmedo is probably erring on the side of caution so as to not show she has an opinion in the case by treating Danny poorly. Let him dig his own hole.

Why can the Spy be allowed in the courtroom if he is a witness, as well. I thought witnesses werenāt allowed to hear anything prior to testimony?
