UhMazing! This spy business is something else... Ordering more popcorn. And praying for these women. For some measure of peace for them throughout this ordeal.

Wow. This case just got a lot more concrete in terms of how things are looking. Judge Olmedo is in control and I'm sure Dave Miscavige is melting down not being able to pull the strings.

I will be curious to know if they all say “morning” to Danny after hearing some of the testimony. Generally a celebrity gets away with a little more. Judge Olmedo is probably erring on the side of caution so as to not show she has an opinion in the case by treating Danny poorly. Let him dig his own hole.

yes, astounding. Witness List given, and who's on it, sounds like this trial will get some attention inevitably even by LA Times.

I truly hope this proves to be as epic as we hope and that justice is served for these women and for everyone else who’s been harmed by their bullshit.

Great reporting, as expected! That this trial is happening at the same time as the Weinstein trial and the Trump trials is pretty amazing. All about whether show biz/political kings and Scientology princelings can be held accountable for egregious acts that would much more easily snare anyone else.

Why can the Spy be allowed in the courtroom if he is a witness, as well. I thought witnesses weren’t allowed to hear anything prior to testimony?
