Thanks, Tony. Great job! Good point about Cohen trying to slip in inappropriate information concerning Jane Doe 1. Also, I agree with the lawyer you spoke with. Cohen seemed quite ineffective. I also wondered why it seems Cohen has been seemingly agreeing with the facts of the rape. I disagree about the photos. It appears to me that she has no photos showing the time when the bruising actually appeared. But it creates zero doubt. Everything about this crime and the LAPD/Scientology seems fishy.

You also gave his poor daughter a voice as to the horrible existence she was stuck in. Please don’t ever lose your passion in giving a voice to the oppressed victims of Scientology.
Exactly. I thought it was entirely appropriate. I didn’t know that story, and I was dismayed to hear what happened, and Moxon’s use of it for threatening her father.

Sitting through a trial is exhausting. Taking extensive notes while sitting through a trial can wear you down fast. Hope you relax afterwards.
