Bruises, what bruises defense just took a dive, dragging just took a dive. Masterson was depending on scientology obfuscation to help him out, it appears as though so far the prosecution is going strong. There’s a way to go but this is not as unwinnable as it appeared before trial began.
I also liked the officer looking up defendant Danny "DJ Donkey Punch" Masterson's gun ownership, and another officer (I think) mentioning that the criminal organisation known as the "church" of $cientology had been filling their ears with howls about Donkey Punch not owning a gun.

I never knew you were such a wonderfully animated person. I only wish I could hang out with you and Augustine in the courthouse. I would definitely take time off from work and try to be a Bunker groupie by hanging with the band at the courthouse.
Fabos can testify to bruises? Be still my racing heart. Along with Marty Singer, Fabos will prove that Victim 1 was assaulted. Victim 1 has apparently just convicted Danny Masterson of rape. And Danny's defense helped in that. Karma can be a nasty bitch.
