Love seeing Marc. Thanks Tony. I thought that when JD1 also got to explain how she was a young 18 year old girl in one of her first relationships with Danny it really helped to paint the picture. She basically said that she didn't know any other kind of relationship and had no context for what a real loving partner would be like. That really jumped off the page to me because it reinforced why her feelings about the nature of the charged incidents have evolved over the years.

I love this coverage and the daily videos. I also love that Masterson gave Headley the maloik on the way out of the courtroom. Flunk on Masterson's confront.

Wow wow wow. I cherish this like you couldn’t believe.

**A short skit**

Cohen: *cough cough*

Judge Olmedo: Counselor?

Cohen: Well, you see my throat is a bit parched, and, Your Honor, this is grounds for mistrial.

Judge Olmedo: No.

Cohen: Well, you know these chairs are unprecedentedly wobbly.....uhhhh,.......mistrial?

Judge Olmedo: Never.

**the end**

Tony, you go ahead and get worked up.

Marc, you are evil unto this world. It’s so funny that you were able to perturb Masterson!

I so love this video!

Thank you so much for these reports. You are so sensitive while talking about such heart-wrenching subject matter. I’m sure thousands of people are watching but I can’t help feeling like I was invited to a little private audience :).

Those statements about Reyes reminded me of the type of questioning involved in the West Memphis Three case where 90% of the so-called confession was in the form of “uh-huh” and “yeah” and “I guess” all because of leading or inappropriate questions. Thank you for calling that out!

Entire report was fascinating (as usual)… the Mark Headly appearance was the icing on today’s info cake. I wish I could be there - so glad you are sharing the details. It’s always the highlight of my day. I’m starting to think Danny may actually pay for his crimes! Thank you, for about the hundredth time, for being our eyes and ears.

Love seeing Marc Headley!! Question for you, Tony. Where has Shawn Holley been? I thought she might miss a day or two for her other MLB mediation case but she’s missed 2 1/2 weeks?!? Is she even his attorney anymore?

Mr. Ortega, such great coverage. Thank you. And interesting last few minutes with your side kick. I actually just finished listening to Marc Headley's book on Audible last week! I got a chuckle out of his triggering Captain Jack.

I'm super busy, just got done with a tiring conference, but I've been sneaking off to read the 4 times a day court notes! I'm all up to date. THANK YOU TONY!

So good the daily coverage, and Marc Headley and Jeffrey Augustine, and the glaring Danny, sounds like he was trying to portray his "shatter the SP" glaring face.

Such great coverage.

Excellent reporting, and don't worry about getting a little worked up.

And great to see Marc. Can't wait for Cohen to request a mistrial because the Suppressive Persons in the courtroom are making all the superpowers of defendant Danny "DJ Donkey Punch" Masterson fail. (Spoiler alert: Masterson doesn't really have any superpowers...)

Very much appreciate your video follow-up. I have a law degree and as I read your very good word-for-word I kept thinking why is the defense doing this, it doesn’t help them at all and in fact, it encourages the jury to doubt every statement going forward since their big “reveal” is the opposite of their build-up. But, as my criminal law professor used to say, when you have the facts, argue the facts, when you have the law, argue the law... unfortunately he had no pithy saying for no facts, no law situations.... thanks for covering this!
