Yes! The whole sordid story, the scientology involvement, efforts to cover it all up, prevent her from going to the police, the "threat to her eternity" by being expelled from scientology if she talked. This is so much more complete and textured and explains WHY the delays, WHY she couldn't go to the police about a rape. Why she couldn't even describe the rape as the rape it was. This is a brave woman.

Even ol' Skip LaRue can't help whitewash the stain of Scientology in this case. Miscavige's dirty fingerprints are everywhere on the cover-up.

What can be done when Scientology agents are identified in the audience?

Unfortunately, no Jane has explained to the jury that it can be very difficult or completely impossible to get reinstated after being declared. That's what gives the church such incredible power of control.

Perhaps the worse part of getting reinstated is that you have to publicly declare and completely "admit" that you were completely wrong for whatever you did or said.

You then have to make amends to make up for the damage" that you have done.

Enough amends to satisfy the Ethics Officer, which could require untold numbers of hours of amends labor or/and untold amounts of required donations.

The Ethics Officer could refuse to approve and sign off on your "amends project."

If you don't get reinstated not only do you get disconnect from people but you won't be able to go up the Bridge and that is important to some people that hate Miscavidge Scientology but still believe in Hubbard.

Tony, as one of the pool reporters, will you report on the defendant's demeanor, arrogance, or agitation during Jane Doe 1's testimony? Readers are keen to know whether he displays any discomfort as it could provide insight into his guilt or innocence. Reports on his wife's outward behavior as well, so we gain a complete understanding of the situation.

We know the jury is watching them closely. Your reporting makes a significant impact, please let us know your perception about this.

I was pool reporter only during jury selection (the first week).

Danny is unflappable as always, the same as the first trial. Anyone who tells you he looks uncomfortable, or worried, is just trolling. He's accused of monstrous crimes, but his behavior in the court has been fine.

Thank you for your response, Tony. Your precise reporting is greatly appreciated.

I am curious, do you know if his wife, family, and friends are also known for their composure and resilience? Is this part of CoS training?
