Scientology considers it is above the law. These bottom feeding lawyers and their PIs charge large fees that then justify them intimidating the jurors which is against the law. Amazing that Scientology does not learn that every time they fair game someone they are adding more black marks to their already besmirched reputation.

The Clampire, under Davy Miscavige, likes to be 'the religion that doesn't turn the other cheek' and they like and really want that nasty reputation to be all over all media. That is just an attempt to keep exs from talking and keep anyone thinking of suing the 'chirch' off balance. And that reputation is another attempt to make Mr 4 foot 13 much taller than he is.

Based on the email, a) the defense team lied about getting their information from another juror and they got it another way or b) they somehow found the one juror and did get (convinced) them to give over the others' PII. The latter seems less plausible.

Either way, I am surprised Shawn Holley was actively involved in this.

Also, looks like that email shows some of the things they are looking to use on appeal. (And f*** [redacted] if that hallway incident helps DM's defense.)

If part of the appeal strategy involves harassment of jurors, this, unfortunately, may be a delay tactic. Ugh.

Go, Judge Olmedo, and the DA!

It would be entirely in character for the legal representatives of rapist Masterson to continue breaking the law. I wonder if the story about jurors passing information will end up holding water....
