Very funny. Well, I wasn't cursing Dave when I was repairing Tom Cruise's home theatre. It's very dangerous to curse Dave if you are near anyone who might report it.

I actually thought it was kind of interesting to hang out in Cruise's house and gawk at his rec room. He had a fully set-up wet bar (for "Cocktail") and an arcade car-driving game (for "Days of Thunder"). Something for every movie. Comically self-referential.

Just wish I could have gotten a little more sleep during the ordeal.

Good luck to the plaintiffs.

John Oliver also had a "where's Shelly?" moment this week.

I’m rooting for Leah, Valerie and Valeska and everyone involved in carrying forward the law suits against Scientology. They are amazing for pushing forward despite the millions Scientology is spending to try and stop them.

Jamie Raskin gets it. Why don't the courts 'get it'? Because contract law trumps civil rights. How upside down is that? In the mean time, Judge Kerla, amend the lawsuit and let discovery officially commence. Be certain that unofficial discovery has already taken place. The plaintiffs know where the evidence is, and they officially want it.

I’m researching the blood sport bull-baiting for a post I will be making on my site in the next couple of days and I really have to agree bullying is built into the fabric of Scientology from the introductory courses where on TR0 you learn how not to react to criticism.

I was on Reddit r/scientology where one person was telling another that TR 0-4 was something they still held onto after leaving Scientology. I asked them nicely, you really believe it’s a good idea to know how to not react when communicating, and how to respond rotely? I’m not trying to be mean here, just trying to see how you feel these are good communication tools. The person didn’t respond yet, but it really blows my mind what Hubbard indoctrination stays with people after they leave.

Publicity is about positioning. Jamie Raskin just gave an accurate analogy about Scientology and its bully tactics. Scientology = Bullying. Hubbard’s theology appeared to be about spiritual ascendancy when it was really about human fear. If you don’t join us you will become food for worms. Much the same as what dictators say before they come into power.
