"I’m not going to continue the dialogue. I’ve ruled."...mike drop, court reporter farts and everyone goes on to the next thing.

Cohen was told very clearly that he should have done his homework in the previous trial. At this point, I think Cohen is just providing Danny Masterson with more time before he goes to prison. A trip that is not guaranteed at this point. Olmedo runs her courtroom and everybody had better remember that.

Here’s the Tl/dr version I got :

Cohen: Judge I call foul because the retrial is not going to be a carbon copy of the first trial, some of the witnesses I already knew about before were allowed this time.

Olmedo: sucks to be you.

This is classic Ortega Mojo right here: detailed, in-depth coverage.

My spidey sense tells me that ol' DJ Donkeypunch is in for a tense, um..."ride".

The chances for conviction this time are higher, ESPECIALLY IF, as Magic Mojo Ortega

has previously stated, the prosecution can really convey the story of the victims' suffering

clearly and compellingly...

We'll see. Meanwhile, Rapey Masterson best get to postulatin'...

Wowie! This was quite a post with a ton of very interesting content. Good for Judge Olmedo - she's one tough judge and I respect her tremendously. Thank you, Tony, for allowing us be a part of this very important trial. Keeping all my fingers crossed that the verdict is GUILTY! How can it not be this time around?

I love this judge.

Part F, about using Scientology and presumably Claire’s testimony to explain the differences between the statement JD1 submitted under duress and what she says now, is HUGE.

And as for the people having rights to due process too … I wish more celebrity trials embraced this concept!
