Four years ago we decided that on Christmas Day it would be a good time to review what we knew about the disappearance of Shelly Miscavige, wife to Scientology’s leader David Miscavige, who vanished from Scientology’s Gold Base in summer 2005. We wondered if Shelly, kept hidden in a remote mountain compound, even knew it was Christmas. For the fifth Christmas in a row, we’re posting that story, since it still represents what we know about Shelly’s whereabouts.
Honestly to every Sea Org member out there this is just another Sunday, albeit the last one in 2022. They probably got full pay for the last few weeks, although they didn’t get to keep it because they had to “voluntarily donate” it to whatever extravagant and unneeded present David Miscavige is getting this year. There will be no gift exchange, no Christmas dinner, just nose to to the grindstone for the rest of the staff.
Where’s Heber? Where’s Shelly? Where are the plethora of people who were disappeared so they wouldn’t have to testify at Masterson? For that matter, where’s Dave? If he’s really nowhere to be found for service of process, perhaps the beleaguered Sea Org workers should be given back their money because of course he can’t be located to be given a gift either.
We all love a mystery and the one involving Shelly fits the bill. However this is the US, not North Korea. There should be ways to actually determine the state of her health, mental and physical. Her family needs to be the one to do it. Did they not know how, costs too much or afraid of fair gaming? Doesn’t anyone surrounding her have a heart and can get an anonymous message to someone?
