Agree that this is an interesting juxtaposition of conflicting views of what is and what is not relevant. At least a judge will get to look at it and a jury in due time.

At the law firm where I worked before retirement, one attorney had a favorite phrase “what’s good for the goose is good for the gander.” Although the Judge can rule either way, life is not a one way street, if some evidence is allowed, all evidence must be allowed.

Breest will shoot herself in the foot if the judge allows the evidence from Italy because it will basically give Haggis a leg to stand on to introduce all other evidence.

I will be interested to see how this plays out.

I am honestly worried about this. Because I like him, and don’t want him to be a monster. If he is, so be it - but it will be much more devastating if he is not. Because these are not allegations that are easy to shake off. I really really hope he’s not “that guy.”
