Mike Ellis is playing the 'I'll be slow and try to make you go fast' gambit. No one is going to volunteer to be Valerie's arbitrator. Only those anointed by the COB will serve.

Until a much higher court exams the fairness and adherence to any arbitration standards of the $cieno 'sacrament', this crap will continue. And the Clampire will fight tooth and nail to keep any such examination out of any court. Because, 'religion'. In the meantime, dragging out things is another $cieno 'sacrament'.

As reported, the attempt to get a celebrity Scientologist to perform as an "arbiter" (and utilize Scientology/Hubbard policy/logic to judging Valerie Haney's complaints and weigh them, naturally slanted always towards the Hubbard/Scientology rules/logic) was cheeky.

But to me, you have to go with your gut, my gut told me, were I in this same boat, I'd just blab all the history details I knew of policy, of the Senior HCO Int bureaucracy history, of Hubbard's policies history relevant, etc, etc, just spews out nonstop publicly weeds of Hubbard policy and reveal how unlike traditional religion more decent evolved historical thinking Scientology/Hubbard simply to NOT measure up, and thus ought not be even in the same category, that the Scientology lawyers have with the Scientology legal documents put Scientology.

Scientology simply is not decent, it's not worthy of being understood as playing by the meanings of the same words used by other more traditional religions in other religions' arbitration agreements, namely the Jewish legal arbitration, which to me would be far far absolutely fairer for Valerie to ask that a Jewish legal expert on arbitration rather be on her arbitration panel, honestly, for real.

Scientology does not merit what our legal system is assuming Scientology (Hubbard policy, through the lens of what current dictatorial tyrant leader of Scientology David Miscavige considers the norms for Scientologists' behavior), is on par with the expected inherent fairness and decency other traditional religions would display.

Scientology is not worthy, it's all on Hubbard, and we have no willing outside academic experts to opine and inform our legal system judges of the unworthiness, in detail citing the Hubbard contradictory policies and rules and norms of Hubbard's, which cause for real Scientology to be seen by the on the ground lay people who get into Scientology as an unworthy subject to give over to Scientology "arbitration".

Scientology "arbitration" is simply not what other religious arbitration is, and there's a long list of Hubbard writings to prove that.

So no amount of well chosen arbitrators from the official "in good standing" Scientology group will ever do anyone full justice.

Gut feelings of normal non Scientologists instantly are correct.

But, this all said, I would come back and ask for some prominent practicing Scientologists from the relevant departments in the Sea Org bureaucracy to be on the panel of arbitration.

Ask for these people:

Caroline Webb, Senior Case Supervisor Flag

Whoever is LRH Comm International

Whoever is AVC Int

Ask for any of those three.

Those are who I'd next ask Ellis to be Valerie's chosen arbiter.
