I know! We are hooked!!!! And I just love his passion - he makes such a serious subject fun and entertaining. Because of him and all he's done over the years, Scientology is getting kicked in the butt!!! As they should!

As big of an impact as this trial is going to have on Scientology, the civil case could potentially have an even greater impact since Scientology itself is a named defendant, unless Miscavige caves and they decide to try to settle (and it's accepted by the plaintiffs). Most folks would probably love to not see a settlement in that case so we could see Scientology even more exposed, but at the same time, none of us are in the shoes of those going through this "terror campaign" from Scientology either. I'll support whatever decision the victims in that case decide.

What has to be giving Miscavige ulcers is, unlike the Debbie Cook case, Masterson's tiral is a criminal matter he can't just throw money at to make it go away. Depending on what happens in the criminal case, that might be what happens to the civil case.
