AssUMing that the authorities are holding hearing or inviting input, it is worth finding out if the police reports from earlier protests (going back to before 2000, but certainly 2008 and later) are available, to see if there have been any complaints from local residents (i.e. the neighbours of Stain Heck). Noise has been a problem, with the criminal organisation known the "church" of $cientoology one or two years setting up loudspeakers playing pure noise. And loudspeakers, pointing outwards from Stain Heck, playing delightful bagpipe music.
Excellent work getting the hedge complained against. I hope the Co$ didn't get a deadline on the far side of the likely October dates...
