I want both cases to be assigned to the Honorable Charlaine Olmedo.

I would also accept if they just swapped the judges of the two cases.

9:41 is the only hope, and it's a reasonable hope, and Judges do have the Tony Ortega coverage of Scientology's recent years legal tactics, so they can bone up on things.

this blog certainly is right up on things, thankyou, hope people subscribe to this Substack.

Judges will prevail, and Scientology legal tactics won't prevail longer range.

The world catches up on the Scientology lawyers.

Scientology's legal tactics certainly won't continue after Miscavige retires from the nutty Scientology leadership throne he's grabbed.

And the lawyers will lose longer range, their weird Scientology legal cash cow.

We need some new laws for the courts to apply. 1) arbitration requires an independent third party; and 2) tedtimonies of whistleblowers murdered within a week of their trial are automatically stipulated into the record.

I'd even read articles on arbitration by some arbitration experts, there was one who surfaced.

Scientology does not equal other traditional religions and Scientology's arbitration is fundamentally unbalanced like this peeled off Judge wrote.

He at least put down his argument, for the next judge up at bat. 9:41 of Tony's Youtube talk I think is very reasonable to think the next judges will follow up the earlier judges' smart decisions.

Above the law? We will keep exposing their corruption till it’s in stone that they are a criminal organization. Thank you Tony for keeping up with this. Our disappointment is only temporary.
