"we know who you are"....Word got out fairly quickly that another process server was looking for Schrodinger's COB. First 'he lives in California, then it's 'he lives in Florida'. That seems to mean that Miscavige is 2000 miles behind his head. Scotty, beam him up to the proper courtroom.

The courts have no choice, they must proceed with service by substitution or some other remedy. Will DM's lawyer show up the contest that substitute service? If so, hand them the summons.

Schroedinger’s COB! 😂

Scientology has always hidden behind the legal procedures of the courts. Hubbard was a coward and he left that as his legacy. David Miscavige has carried on the legacy and is the shining example for all members of his church.

In the past in Scientology one learned to “confront and handle” and situation. COB has set a new standard called “Run and Hide”. The new training routine for new The Communications Course developed by little Davey now requires that rather than sit and confront your student partner, you run out of the course room and hide. If your student partner cannot find you in an hour you pass the drill.

This new method is applied in all church’s now. Go to any scientology building and see for yourself.

RUN AND HIDE, the new standard tech.

There are court-directed workarounds for instances when someone is hiding from being served. With restraining orders, service can happen by mail or post, if in-person service isn't working... I'm SURE something similar can be initiated here.

Don't you understand? He has no address, he doesn't work anywhere. No one works at any of those places. They have all gone exterior to another plane and thus cannot be reached which is why no one ever answers the intercom. ;)

Hubbard was in hiding when he died, evading process servers, waiting to get the “all clear” so he could return to the helm of his “adoring public”.

This next sentence will make sense only to those who were in or who have been studying this faux religion for awhile. For a “religious leader” Miscavige sure pulls in a lot of lawsuits. Why isn’t he in session getting all his withholds pulled?

Please Judge declare him served.

Miscavige is above auditing or sec checks.

"The most ethical group on the planet", eh?

Their policies("sacred scripture") direct them to intentionally flaunt and break the law in whatever part of the world they operate in, period. They are "senior" and superior to the rest of us, hence our laws, mores, and rights can be summarily dismissed and ignored. Process servers? Pah, they are "suppressive persons". The perfect scientology tech applies here: AVOID AND SCATTER.

R&H and A&S.

Run and hide, avoid and scatter. Works for Davey

"He said they should say, err they will say the same thing." -- oops, someone said the quiet part out loud. 🤣

With all the proof of attempting to serve the papers, certainly the judge will accept it as 'served'.

In California/ restraining order cases, the courts can allow service by mail or posting but the Plaintiff has to attempt in-person service as many times as possible (with proof if service attempts) and still show up for the court date(!!) even if the Defendant was not served. At the court hearing, the plaintiff needs to request service by mail or posting. The judge is the one to allow or not, and will submit the allowance to the court file. Not sure if that can apply to this... but it's worth asking about

“He said, ‘oh God no’” -- What an oddly human response of fear at possibly having to be the one responsible for accepting service. I’m glad that guy was the one who had to stare down those papers at his feet.
