Good luck to the plaintiffs and their legal teams! Trying to get the courts to deal with the criminal organisation known as the "church" of $cientology is lengthy and difficult process.

If anyone needs any proof that dedicated members of Scientology are brainwashed, duped, robots this quote says it all.

In this day and age where we have access to information at the speed of light there is no excuse for enablers like the Sokoloffs other than than the fact that they chose to to stay in the Scientology matrix. They can’t give up their dream of immortality even if it mean complete occlusion of consciousness for their addiction to false spiritual freedom.

"Why don’t you surprise us and do the right thing, LA Superior Court?" If the LA courts do the 'right thing', all of the plaintiffs would get huge payouts and the nefarious $cieno lawyers would be suspended from practice for being vexatious. And their mothers dress them funny.

I expect these perfectly logical motions to be fought tooth and nail with the $cieno attorneys. That is how you goose up your billable hours. I wish the first judge hadn't 'pre-published' his unconscionable ruling and done it officially in court. That might have saved the case a few years of arguing.

Scientology never has and never will do anything in the interest of judicial efficiency. Cue whining memos regarding how much time the plaintiffs are now wasting trying to save time.
