After arguments yesterday over which witnesses and evidence would be allowed in the criminal rape trial of That ‘70s Show actor Danny Masterson, Judge Charlaine Olmedo this morning issued a number of rulings ahead of next week’s trial. She denied a defense request for a delay based on anti-Scientology campaign ads aired by mayoral candidate Rick Caruso. The defense had argued that Caruso's ads, and similarly anti-Scientology responses by his opponent Karen Bass, was creating an environment that would make it hard for Masterson, a lifelong Scientologist, to get a fair trial.
Judge Olmedo continues to show that she is being fair. It stands to reason that Claire wouldn’t be called as the victims have testified to scientology themselves.
The irony of belonging to a religion your entire life yet begging the Judge not to allow the word to be spoken in trial cannot be lost in her.
More and more we see how society has been so clearly dumbed-down (for better control) as suggested by the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion. We need "experts" for everything because we've forgotten how to think critically for ourselves. By golly, 80% of the high school graduates in the US are now functional illiterates. Imagine how much information they are missing.
