Yesterday Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Charlaine Olmedo issued lengthy rulings about Danny Masterson’s retrial, which is now scheduled to start on April 17. Late in the afternoon, we gave you a quick rundown of the major issues she covered in those rulings, including her decision to allow the testimony of Claire Headley as a Scientology expert, and Kathleen Jenkins as a fifth victim. Neither one of them took part in the first trial.

Don’t think we could’ve asked for a better ruling! So encouraging that they can talk about the impact of this abusive cult. I can only assume that missing detail played a large role in the first jury’s confusion.
Let’s hope Mueller brings up the DJ name in a way that pleases the judge. This man’s depravity should be on court record.
I am glad to see that #6. Victims’ Prior Sexual Histories and Partners, was excluded. Hubbard was very clear regarding sex in HCO BULLETIN OF 26 AUGUST 1982 Pain and Sex.
“Pain and sex were the INVENTED tools of degradation.” In that bulletin he made it clear that sex was created to diminish beings power. I consider that Scientology is extremely repressive regarding sexual activity other than in marriage and procreation. IMO the end result is extremely screwed up members within the organization regardless of their age. The way scientologists get around this if they have the money for auditing is to say to themselves, “I can always get it off(confession) in an auditing session.” That absolves it. In the case of Masterson I have a feeling he never told his auditors anything regarding his rapes. Or he lied regarding what happened in the sexual encounters.
