Messy and Appalling document handling.

I wonder if this can be used as evidence in the civil trial as also showing harassment by COS.

Hopefully.

Interesting idea. Probably can only be used if there's another document leak. OH Boy!

“She's saying that the documents be turned over to us, and we will agree not to share them with anyone else.” Does it matter now, the toothpaste is already out of the tube. I do hope this makes a lot if media feeds. “Mesereau not to be trusted with your confidential information.” Hey, a girl can dream, can’t she. 🤷‍♀️

That is my concern also, Val.

Let’s see, how many religions hire PIs to harass critics, hire lawyers to file frivolous law suites against perceived enemies, try to get journalists fired for telling the truth, threaten families with expulsion if they object to family members joining the cult, protect criminal church members committing fraud, child abuse, rape and human rights violations? And on top of that they interfere with our justice system in any way they can. Any guesses?

Yes, thank you, Tony. We need more judges like judge Olmedo. She obviously does her homework and comes prepared and doesn’t take BS

I wonder if they will appeal.

Meanwhile, the elevator-shoe-wearing ecclesiastical emir slams another Macallan shot

and slaps random slaves, whilst carefully formulating new, stronger postulates about the imminent

takeover of planet Earth by scientology...

I have many questions, but will leave it to one and a comment: First of all, the defense attorneys speak gobbelty gook to me. My question is, even though Olmedo will sanction the previous attorneys, CofS still has private information on the JDs. According to testimonies from each of them regarding continuing harassment and surveillance, sanctioning won't make any difference.

On another note, Tony, I'd love to edit your reports though I do realize you're typing as fast as you can to get us the latest greatest expeditiously. Love you much and thank you for outstanding work!

Maybe won’t make a difference--the documents horse has left the barn--but CSI knows that the justice system now knows, too. And so do a lot of the public. It’s not even an “almost found out.” It has been found out.

I agree, Elwyn, but the fact personal information was released of the JDs is my concern. No way to put the horse back in the barn, as you pointed out.

I heartily agree! The personal information was the worst leak in this. Dangerous for the JDs. The silver lining is that perhaps this will add to the civil case and help prove intended intimidation and harassment.
