Morning session, third day of jury deliberations. Judge Olmedo surprises us this morning by bring us reporters breakfast burritos. She said that she likes to bring her jurors burritos on Friday mornings, and she felt for us that we're sitting here all day, so she ordered a few more for us.
I remember when I served on a jury in Louisville about 10 or so years ago. I’m curious as to how the jury was dressed today. We pretty much knew we were going to have a decision the evening before. We all kicked up our attire that day and went to lunch before handing in the verdict.
I didn’t realize Tony didn’t live in LA. When he said he would have to change his flight again to go home, I realized he doesn’t. I am game for a go fund me and will contribute. Great idea !!
When they took their first break after only an hour and twenty minutes, I felt strongly they had a verdict. Now they come back and ask to break for lunch. What does everyone think? Do they have a verdict ?

The only thing I love about this jury taking so long is that Danny Masterson has to be very uncomfortable !
