If the discovery docs in the email were only docs the LAPD turned over to the People, then it’s more likely the LAPD leaked to SCN.
If there are other docs besides the ones from LAPD, then look for the leak from this defense or the previous one.
I hope Tony and the other reporter get to see at least the names of the docs.
