This is the perfect opportunity for Linkin Park to do a new song about mom in the Hole at the top of Scientology.

Really, that would be relevant, and right.

Channel the pain of Scientology/Hubbard's evil idiocies into a song.

Make it an anthem, with a catchy, widely repeatable chorus riff of the kind a crowd could chant, and show the anguish and pain Scientology causes.

I really really hope some great song emerges.

So far, the "No OTs" song at least could be covered by Linkin Park on their next album!!!!! And Emily singing it, and add a new verse about her mom in the Hole!!!!

That'd be some good atonement for Hubbard/Scientology's damage.

The "No OTs" song really is pretty good, and it could be covered well I think.

Me, I'd gladly pay royalties to use the "No OTs" song on a YouTube channel as the theme song.

I'd love to see a group of ex Scientology celebs in Jason Beghe's backyard lounging and then singing the "No OTs" song. That's be history easy. (Linkin Park I hope does cover the "No OTs" song too.)

Howdy Chuck. Glad to see you're still kickin' friend. I don't know about a catchy chorus for the Hole, but I think I channeled the anguish/pain theme. Saw the blowback about Armstrong. No way Emily's going to sing with MegaOSAMom hovering. But maybe she can quietly wake up. Or maybe she could do a Lisa Presley cover heh heh

What most don't get is that Outside the Hole is just as terrifying as Inside the Hole. This was from 2017. Decades later, still salt on open wounds to write it. But it reminds me why I make a point of noticing any joy and love around me when I see it. Being blind to it is how some of us wound up in the Hole in the first place. Peace out you ole hippie!

Howdy there, long time no see. For sure. Yea OSA daughter won't be doing anything, except balling up this famous group for a stretch as her unredeemed cultie nature drags bad PR onto the band. OSA mom has to ditch the cult too, which isn't easy. The Hole was bad, but that's not even enough.

Hey, how can I reach you, I'm chuckbeatty77@aol.com or chuckbeatty77@hushmail.com I have a history question circa fall 1976 re you know who.

gardenzrosie@ gmail. com 1976 is when I a) ran away with a rock & roll band (Mr Hole), and b) Lunch With Quentin. Don't remember where I put my glasses, but I might be able to fire up my few remaining oldies but goodies memory cells for 'ya.

Gail Armstrong seems to be a prisoner in her own mind. Her fealty to the holy writ of Lron and his successor, Davy Miscavige put the prison bars in her mind. If after all these years, Gail is still in $cientology, I really doubt that she will ever leave. The same can be said for Gail's husband. Where is he?

I love how some media are looking at Emily's musical work and taking note of the $cieno connection. Every story about how Emily's parents are mental prisoners of the Clampire puts another nail in the $cieno coffin. By now that coffin should be studded with nails, yet the vampire still walks among us.

I believe Gail's husband (ex-husband?) Bruce left the Sea Org 20 years ago. Gail back in the day looked like a film star or a TV news anchor. She was quite glamorous compared to most Sea Org members. She has held her high post in OSA for so long she probably doesn't know anything else. She was at the center of the propaganda machine and is brainwashed.

Thank you Mike and Tony. That explains why Emily is still brainwashed. Being a mental prisoner in Scientology is the antithesis of being a rock star. Why is that? Because there is no soul, no heart. Those qualities of a human being have been blocked by believing in the toxic philosophy’s of L. Ron Hubbard. What is said in art circles is: “there is no there, there.” Meaning no substance, no message, just technical ability, robotic performance with nothing behind it. What a waste of talent.

Emily, time to wake up.

I truly hope that the exposure to the wog world and the time spent with people outside the cult will wake her up. What an influence she could be! Being a lead singer does require heart and soul to be able to connect with your audience and make them FEEL. Hard to do if you can’t feel it yourself.
