Morning session. Judge Olmedo is handling another couple of matters first. One experienced journalist told me this morning that if there is a hung jury and mistrial, he'd guess a new trial would take place about 10 months from now, based on his memory of how a Cosby matter went here.
Changing the Game. Were the 2 that were replaced the ones holding out? Will the 2 new Juror change the mf vibe? Will they be more persuasive to the rest of the group?!
This is all speculating of course, but the fact is this is a much different Jury than the one that was deadlocked before Thanksgiving.

This just scares the MF $hit out of me. Now we’re down to just 1 (ONE) alternative juror. Did I hear that right??? First we lost a couple early on in the trial, replaced them because they were sick 😷. Now we’ve got 2 Covid victims out. And they got replaced. They said that left ONE alternative who then had to leave the room when the jurors were dismissed.
If so, this could be a real big blessing or a huge mess. I’m still full of suspicions...

At this point I'm *disgusted* at the idea of Masterson being free to walk around for another year. Here's hoping this new jury makeup can get it done.
