We can’t believe it’s been 11 years since we put Kate Bornstein on the cover of the Village Voice. It’s one of our proudest moments during our five years at the Voice, and it was a real treat to spend time catching up. Kate’s an avid reader of our Danny Masterson retrial coverage, and now that we’ve finished with testimony in the case (closing arguments are scheduled to take placed on Tuesday), we thought we’d check in.
Thanks Tony. Kate's book was my first read from a former Sea Org member. Been reading and listening about the cos since then. Great interview. A nice way to start the day.
THANKS KATE -- I too got the feeling that TR's might now be all about SUPRESSING emotion, or maybe she just didn't understand.
When I was last at the complex, though, I saw a muster outside on ASHO and the Sea Org members did seem to be suppressing normal behavior. ROBOTIC, fearful, and under a lot of unnecessary stress.
This was a super podcast and very enjoyable.
More Kate please. You don't have to comment Kate. Just come a talk more often with Tony!
Kate is a delight to listen to 😘

Aww thank you.
Reading you instantly brings me to feeling normal. It’s a short list of persons that do that to me so it’s memorable and leaves me grateful 😇
Kate, I had the same thought about Cohen's attire being dumbed down by Holly's presence.

Ugh Kate always turns me into such a smitten kitten. 😍 Sorcery!!!!
Tony, this now my favorite of your podcasts. I learned so much. I liked the way you and communicated, more so than with other guess.
