Scientology looks like a gang, acts like a gang, commits crimes like a gang…

In Scientology Danny learned ““Anything that isn’t true for you in Scientology, when you study it carefully, isn’t true.” He applied that carefully by discounting the precepts from the Way To Happiness. However, It was true for Danny that the police and justice system were all BS based on what L. Ron Hubbard wrote. That and his rejection of Hubbards “secular moral code” got him 30 years in state prison without parole. Scientology is full of dichotomies and in Danny’s case they led him to a life of crime. Hubbard created the ultimate brainwashing organization and it’s residual effects are still with us in a big way. Danny’s is not salvageable so “no parole”.

I agree.

It sounds like Rapey tried to instill an engram on Victim 1 by saying 'you aren't going to the police'. How Hubbard like. I have seen some of Meghann Cuniff's earlier reporting, but the link Tony provided shows much more work. Meghann is a star reporter.

These events occurred/started when the defendant DRUGGED his victim(s), that’s where the assault(s) began. Danny premeditatedly committed crimes against these women that would impact them negatively for a life time. I hope the court sees what the lawyers are attempting to do with Danny and Bijou’s money and stops it. The very least this scumbag can do is compensate these women financially. At the end of the day, Danny and Bijou are weirdo Scientologist, that are indoctrinated with a belief system that doesn’t align with society norms and or American laws.

It seems that Rapey was ordered to do some 'compensation', but I think that only applies to the services that the Probation Dept did. I am afraid that the Civil Trail will have to 'compensate' the victims. As if any amount of money can 'compensate' what the went through and are still reliving.

Very generally, the conditions at county jails tend to be worse than state prisons; the populations in county jails are often predominantly transient, meaning the inmates in them tend to either be awaiting trial or awaiting a transfer to a state or federal prison after being convicted of a crime.

American prisons, like many other prisons around the world, are run by inmate gangs, outward appearances notwithstanding.

Thanks for introducing us to Meghann. She's a fantastic reporter! I will admit that I had to skim some of the report detailing the crimes. I do agree about putting a warning at the beginning of the article. It is even worse reading it.

She did fantastic reporting on the Tory Lanez trial as well.

Tony: If you see this, you may want to put a warning before the report. I started reading it and didn't realize it was going to include fairly detailed accounts of the incidents. They may only expect the other stuff. <shivers>

Yeah, I had to take a deep breath and collect myself. Couldn't read every word. My heart goes out the brave Janes with much love and respect. 💜
