I was out before I knew of Dan

1978.

As I learned through all my dearest friends on Bunker Mike Rinder’s and OB, Dan had a way of putting words into actions, that was unique to say the least.

I am not so consumed by my past Scientology experiences as I was in the beginning.

I can truthfully say he would be one Scientology member that defines a time when miscavige was out & about.

Today I feel the walls are starting to close in on miscavige.

Oh he can run but he cannot hide from the deluge that is to come.

Thank you Tony Mike R Karen & Jeffrey and all who I love so much on this journey.🌹💛🌈

I wonder if Dave is not only hiding, but also in denial of how bad things are for Scientology, in the public mind, and in the orgs.

Maybe part of his problem is that he's overwhelmed by problems that don't go away if you beat someone and doesn't know what to do. It's possible that his fantasy world has finally made a complete break with reality.

I had a friend who worked in the speech writing and PR department at the

Int base. She had a master's degree in linguistics and was brought on to work for Miscavige. She told me that if she did not write her pieces with Dan Sherman speak, she was punished. She eventually lost that job for not being "Dan enough". At the Int. base these sentences were not wacky, they were FIRE.

Nowadays the speechwriters can just feed all of Dan's speeches into ChatGPT and give it the appropriate prompts. I'll bet Dave won't even notice the difference.

During the period that Dan mentioned, Richard Nixon was "From December through March 1945, he served at the Bureau of Aeronautics, Navy Department, Washington, D.C. In March, his next assignment was as the Bureau of Aeronautics Contracting Officer for Terminations in the Office of the Bureau of Aeronautics General Representative, Eastern District, headquartered in New York City. In that capacity he had temporary additional duty at various places, including Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Buffalo, New York City, and East Hartford, Connecticut. He was released from active duty on 10 March 1946. He was promoted to commander in the Naval Reserve on 1 June 1953."

Tricky Dick was actually in a war zone and did useful work. That beats Lron by about 4 years of actual work. As for an actual coup attempt by 'scientists', I call total bull shite. I vaguely remember several sci fi stories from around that period that dealt with A bombs and who controls them. I think Lron just used his subscription to Astoundingly Plagiarized Magazine and pulled an 'lron' to claim to save the US from Nixon.

Dan Sherman should have written for Professor Irwin Corey. Or TV toothpaste ads.

I knew Danny Sherman from way back when. He started out as an author. He was only marginally successful. Then he got seduced by the status and MONEY he got writing for scientology media and the Hubbard biography that will not happen in our lifetimes. Sad case of an artist who fails in the real world and makes it big time in the Scientology bubble. Farewell Danny, don’t get reborn into a Scientology family.

I struggle to believe that Dan put everyone through that drivel without claiming that El Rhum Hubbard invented the Atom Bomb. At least I think not, not even trying to be fluent in Shermanesque drivel.

Losing his favoured speechwriter must be a blow to Dave - a blow that will make it even less likely that those promised Ideal Org openings will happen before the deadline he set himself.

For all that, we have to find out about the man's death from a journalist looking in. From Scientology we see no acknowledgement, no mourning, no interest.

Dan's behaviour was absurd, but "ask not for whom the bell tolls", and all that.

Hey he never had to join sea org, he probably did get paid a pretty penny to write that drivel.

Another scientologist whose passing will only be eulogized on the Bunker. If this isn’t a wake-up call to those in as to how unimportant you really are to the organization, that is sad.
