Reminds me of something Robert Vaughn Young told me before he passed, that the struggle to bring Scn, Inc. to justice is not a marathon, but a relay. These folks have passed the baton, let’s be sure to keep it moving.
I’m grateful for those brave souls and the many who have come after. Without their willingness to speak up and encourage those who came after, l might not be here today, thank you Chris, Tony, Mike, Karen, Jon, Jeffery, Nancy and others who contributed more stories exposing the crimes of Scientology. I wrote a song called “Shelter of The Old Oak Tree”.
SHELTER OF THE OLD OAK TREE - by Geoff Levin, Steven Horwich
Giants all and gone too soon. These warriors may have left the battlefield, but they have been replaced with people who are their equal. That is one thing the CO$ is good at, creating more exs and protesters. That is the true CO$ super power.
What a sweet gesture. I knew of none of these people other than the articles I've read here on the Bunker for the last couple years, but seeing Lisa pictured brought grief and tears to my eyes, as well as Alexander. I personally feel none of us should die, but I also feel Scientology should be broken into a thousand pieces--never to be seen or heard of again!
Oh my gosh, so sad, I'm stunned into silence. Praise all Mark did. As "Warrior" on old alt.religion.scientology chat site, he provided solid framework for understanding ongoing PAC Sea Org cult history.
The more I got to know him over the years, the more I realized he was more of an outside normal citizen in relation to cult Hubbard's Scientology.
What a great helpful mind he was.
Any ex's who had filing cabinets worth of materials (like Mark's cabinets) using them to prove cult Scientology points, is a friend of wide outside interested persons wishing to know what the heck is this cult up to!
May they all rest in power.

Key word: RELAY
Absolutely, absolutely.
A beautiful tribute to the trees and the warriors

V1
It's a loud, mad world,
Air's too thin, full of noise.
Nothin' lasts too long,
Too darned hard.
V2 var
It's a crowded world,
Tough to win, too few joys.
But there's still a song
In my yard...
Chorus
...In the shelter of the old oak tree
Where both my folks found shade.
Where my kids all played,
and we pray
In the shelter of the old oak tree.
V3
It can change a man,
How this life pounds away,
Hardens up his hand,
Dims his sight.
V4 var
Every plan you plan
Bends your back, makes you pay.
But I stretch and stand
Every night...
Chorus
...In the shelter of the old oak tree
Where both my folks found shade.
Where my kids all played,
and we pray
In the shelter of the old oak tree.
V5
And the children grow
And they move far away.
Families don't stay near
Anymore.
V6 var
Those you think you know,
They won't settle or stay.
But I still hear
those I adore...
Chorus
...In the shelter of the old oak tree
Where both my folks found shade.
Where my kids all played,
and we pray
In the shelter of the old oak tree.
Great song, Geoff, and very fitting.
Wow! What a beautiful tribute and beautiful song. Thank you 🙌
I still haven’t been able to watch Brothers broken. Where can I find it?
