Once again a lawsuit has been filed against the Church of Scientology and its leader, David Miscavige, and somehow Miscavige has managed to keep himself out of court by simply evading service of the case. We’ve seen it again and again, and this time the Australian former Sea Org workers who filed a major new labor trafficking case in April have reached their limit.
Why doesn't the judge just order defendants lawyers to serve the invisible homunculus? Or order police to accompany the server and walk around all those places Miscavige could be?

Ask Mike which persons are around Miscavige, and then find out where those persons are.
Miscavige might still have an "entourage" and Miscavige's paperwork communication like "submissions" are being sent to a location where he has a temporary office set up so he can view the paperwork.
a) Locate where he does his paperwork submissions.
b) Find out who keeps up the office, he'll have a person who ensures that office and the paperwork is all set up for him, so just locate where those persons are, his "secretaries", and where they upkeep the office/paperwork submissions that always get sent to him.
That is the best place to serve him, always, since the paperwork trail where he does his office work, where it is sent, where it is set up by his secretaries, just find out where those secretaries are located, they will setup the office where he does his paperwork.
Finally, he for sure has some "safe house" type of place, and the people who frequent those "safe house(s)" who as above do his paperwork setup for him, there will be car traffic, boxes for the paperwork submissions he receives and oversees, etc.
Also, if there isn't this type of routine, no "safe house" then he also might visit, late at night, those subunits of the "Int Landlord Office" where the paperwork submission "banker's boxes" reside, and he might do the "AVC" top editor/top decider approval/authorization to implement job he does, to all the strategic important paperwork.
He could be going late at night to that office in LA where the Ideal Orgs paperwork is all done.
OR he could be doing all the paperwork by computer, in which case, that would unfortunately eliminate all the banker's boxes of paperwork that used to be the reason his secretaries upkept his various offices where he could do his paperwork oversight/approval/authorization/rejecting-accepting.
Play their game. Pretend to be a multimillionaire new recruit and spread it around Flag that you want to hand loads of money directly to Miscavige for the furtherment of Scientology goals. Then slip in the serving notice in the envelope that's supposed to contain the money. OR wait until they have another gala back slapping affair when he comes out to give a speech and have some glitzed up young lady hand him the summons notice.
Do a rectal exam on Tom Cruise; there david miscavige might be found.
