After Scientology leader David Miscavige opened four new “Ideal Orgs” in quick succession this year following years of delays because of the pandemic, we naturally wondered which location he’d target next.
The organizers in Puerto Rico keep claiming they’re next, but we haven’t heard from them in a while, not since we caught them trafficking kids from Florida to help with the busy work known as “Central Files.”
Still stuck in the 1950s in some ways, Scientology must follow the archaic policies of founder L. Ron Hubbard, which dictate that massive paper dossiers must be maintained on every person who ever steps in a Scientology “org,” or takes a class, or even just buys a book.
And part of the process of replacing an outdated “org” with a new “Ideal Org” includes not only endless fundraising, but also a painstaking effort to update those Central Files, for some reason.
It seems like mindless paper shuffling to us, but it is a sign that an Ideal Org project is making progress, at least. So how is it going in PR?
Our tipster received not one but two lengthy updates from the project, and we thought you’d want to see them.
Long time no talk to!
My apologies for going radio silent – I had two houses get flooded by Hurricane Helene – the house I was selling and the house I was moving into – and my life has been consumed by cycles that weren’t on my project plan. That’s now in the “Get the smaller stuff done while waiting for the insurance company” phase, allowing me to get back in the saddle with the CF project.
Meanwhile, the Puerto Rico files project has been humming along.
We had a full-time volunteer for four weeks who got a TON of work done on pc folders. It’s particularly hard to find people who can work on the PC folders – you have to be a trained auditor and speak Spanish, so getting this done is a big deal. The majority of the work is now DONE on the PC folders.
Volunteers have been coming in EVERY WEEK to work on the CF folders and good progress is being made.
We have completed the preliminary work on the Div 4 and Div 6 student folders, fully alphabetizing and filing loose particles into CF itself, and now the PC folders are approaching a full DONE.
There’s much more to be done, which I will detail at the OTC meeting on Monday night where I will have a BIG announcement.
(Sneak preview, but by no means the announcement itself: Volunteers are needed NOW to work on the Puerto Rico Files Project!)

Curt
Things are happening at a rapid pace on the Puerto Rico CF project.
Up until now, we’ve been doing all of the preliminary work: getting CF in chronological order, alphabetizing the folders, getting all of the particles that need to go into CF into CF, and more.
All of this needed to be done before the new folders can be created.
And now, all of the supplies needed to create the new folders have arrived! What's been delivered:
· 8-1/2 x 14 manila folders with protective coating
· Fold-out Materials Guide Charts
· Fold-out Grade Charts
· Special sticky labels to print the color-coded tabs
· Clear sticky labels that go over the color-coded tabs
Plus manila folders for all Div 4 & Div 6 student folders, CF folders, Treasury folders & Ethics folders.
AND the computers have been set up to do the marry-up. What is marry-up, you ask?
Marry-up is the process of compiling all info on each person: Qual completion logs, invoices of courses and auditing started, book sales invoices, routing forms, attestation forms and more that details the progress each public has made on the Bridge. ALL of this info is compiled and entered into the big database called Addresso.
With all this info added into Addresso, the labels can be printed with color coded tabs to indicate book buyer, major service completion, Clear, and more. This way anyone can look at the tab on the CF folder and know the major categories that public falls into.
With all of that, and the new supplies, you can make a totally standard CF folder suitable for an Ideal Org.
Next piece of good news: the FIRST complete new folder was created Sunday night in Puerto Rico!
The final piece of good news for this email: a target date to complete CF by 31 December 2024 has been given!
There are many major milestones that need to be achieved to open an Ideal Org:
· Building acquired
· Fundraising completed
· Construction completed
· Building furnished
· CF done
· Staff recruited
· Staff trained
We’ve been fundraising for “many months” for Puerto Rico, it seems like it’s been a LONG time. Now with staff in training on the FEBC program at Flag, and with a target to finish CF and making our first folder, it feels like the big 747 of Puerto Rico Ideal org has turned onto the runway and the pilot is pushing those throttles forward.
It won’t be long before take-off, when the Ideal Org of Puerto Rico opens!
WE NEED YOU!If you want to be a tangible part of opening an Ideal Org, now is your chance. We need 10 full-time volunteers per week to wrap up CF. You can directly contribute right now to opening the next Ideal Org!
We have accommodations. Weather is fantastic. With the holidays approaching, many people have vacation time available. You can directly contribute to opening the Puerto Rico Ideal Org!
Contact me to schedule your trip. J

I would assume that volunteers come from neighboring Spanish speaking countries. And what possible reason could miscavige want an ideal org in Porta Rico? Fund raising first and foremost and maybe another safe port for the Sleezewinds ship of fools
So the Clampire is computerizing much of the PC folder material. All the important stuff, like billing and addresses and statuses can now be a log in away. Why? The number of Puerto Rico Clams must be much smaller than most, if not all, continental US mOrgs. How many Clams are there in Puerto Rico?
If 'staff' are now in training, the opening date should be around 1 year from the start of training. Now where is the new building and where is the money to buy it and set it up? I bet Miscavige will have to dip into corporate funds to get that ball rolling.
