As a parent, this story is horrifying. I knew “Coach Jackson” and my young son attended school with him. Fortunately, I’ve verified that my son was not a victim. My heart goes out to those who suffered any abuse.

How many more were there at Delphi? Did they agree to arbitration? Will the court even be willing to entertain arbitration as a thought if these students’ parents signed documents agreeing to arbitration. It is increasingly difficult to read about Scientology because there’s so little good. I just can’t believe I fell for this house of horrors. And actively helped it.

Because Scientology claims to heal your mind, those of us who bought that spiel have so much to untangle after we leave.

In the late 1980s, I had a friend whose mother was a psychologist for the Jordan School District in Utah. Some of the children there were being sexually abused by their LDS bishop. She reported it to the authorities. The bishop was punished appropriately and the children got the counseling they needed. However, behind the scenes, this woman was excommunicated from the LDS church because she was told “we police our own.” She quit her job because of that. She basically gave up and died. Although she did what was right and protected the people in her care, she was punished for doing that. It destroyed her.

The Delphi California School is registered with the California Secretary of State under the Oregon address and charter as a foreign corporation. Karen Dale is not listed as an employee there presently. I wonder where Karen is. I wonder if the recommendation was Karen’s choice, or if that is something we will ever know.

The question is, what executive in Scientology LA consulted with the Delphi head Karen Dale to keep quiet about this child molester? And Randolph had to have taken courses in Scientology. There are some important unanswered questions.

The Delphi School of LA is probably individually incorporated. So it will be easy for them to go 'bankrupt' at the drop of a hat and try to avoid any settlement or judgement. No arm of the Clampire is ever 'responsible' for anything they say or do. How many students does Delphi LA currently have? If there isn't enough 'gravy' in that gravy train, watch for the plug to be pulled.

Meanwhile, how many other Delphi students were groomed or molested? Holy shades of the Catholic Church Batman!

My heart immediately goes out to this young man and the boy he was. The Delphi School of LA and its ties to the CoS must be held to account. The courts, certainly in this day and age, must be aware of the historical stalling tactics used by legal representatives of the CoS. It would be prudent for any judge in this case to hold a tight rein on the CoS legal team as to any attempts to postpone and stall the case. The timeline must be as brief (with the greatest possible compressionI) as is legally possible in each determination. May the outcome bring financial compensation for past pain and suffering to include future care for the harms caused to John Doe.

I wonder if they are taking the ROES naming path now, including with their noted caveat, in order to preserve their right to go after Scientology without legally naming them yet in case they choose not to bring that in or try to add them as Defendants.

My heart breaks for John Doe. It is unconscionable to me how school authorities turned a blind eye and recommended the pedophile for another school position. I intend they all rot in prison, after paying millions!!!
