In August Valerie Haney told the Church of Scientology that if she could not have Elisabeth Moss as an arbitrator in her dispute with the church, then she was nominating Tom Cruise, with Shelly Miscavige as a backup.
John Travolta? Heber Jentzch? Tommy Davis? And Scientology will leak this on its own anyway. And then it will be the 4th person who "declines" or is "unavailable." And then Scientology will blame VH again. And then, hopefully, this new judge will see that the "arbitration" process is nothing short of horseshit.
I missed listening to Mark Bunker's words until just now. What an asset he is to the community; and I wonder why none of the other council members don't simply tell Miscavige that they will meet with him when he meets with all?
It's almost like this "arbitration" by the criminal organisation known as the "church" of $cientology was never intended to fairly resolve disputes, but is just there to prevent justice from happening.
Good luck to Valerie, and here's hoping that one day the US legal system will stop the Co$ from using it to bludgeon everyone outside the Co$.
John Travolta? Nancy Cartwright? Danny Masterson.? Greta Van Susteren? Erika Christensen? Kelly Preston? Juliette Lewis? Jenna Elfman? Giovanni Ribisi? Kirstie Alley? Laura Prepon?
Greta would actually be a great choice. I know she and her husband are deep into the church, but her past as a reporter/commentator should make her a desirable choice.
If nothing else, she seemed to be fair in her time at fox. And she left fox due to her disgust with all of the sexual allegations at the time.
Although her idea of right and wrong is nonexistent when it comes to the church, she knows how to be fair. Would she be fair in this case? I think at least with her there may be a slim chance she would take it seriously.
Ideally, she'd nominate a celebrity who's getting ready to come out from "under-the-radar" but that would involve someone in the know leaking that kind of info. Short of that, the celebrities already suggested seem like a reasonable approach. So far, the judge has a new piece of information though: if Valerie is going to keep publicizing who she's selected, Mike Ellis isn't going to let her know why her choice(s) aren't going to work. Ergo, the selection of an arbitrator not only has to be a Scientologist, but one Mike Ellis approves. That's an interesting tidbit. Is approval by the IJC part of the contract(s) Valerie signed?
What about COB himself? He should be available anytime he wants, I mean he is in control, right. Oh wait! He wouldn’t want to get subpoenaed. Bottom line he’s just a big P*ssy, just like his predecessor LRH. Valerie would hold up and ruin him. A girl can dream
So, Ellis admits that no one will be her “member in good standing.” He essentially just admitted that the arbitration process of the church is total bullshit.
Another thought: Valerie could request a list of ALL Scientologists so she could choose an arbitrator. The list would have to be as long as the "millions" the "church" claims to have. That'd be interesting. I'll bet my name is on it, and I've been declared (for reasons unknown).
It must be so hard to do the honorable, martyr-riffic work of submitting oneself to the entheta of the internet's wild wild west to seek out all that luridness. Luridity? Whatevs. Truly noble.

Valerie, I worship you from afar. Please put Xenu on your list of arbitrators. Mike Ellis will have to come up a good reason why Xenu can't attend.
Hopefully someone will realize what a scam this arbitration is and stop enforcing it. You go, Valerie!

As far as Kelly Preston goes, well she be dead.
Kelly Preston is gone.

Another thing to add, do the nominees get to turn it down just because they don’t want to do it?
Great question!
You now have a moniker “Anti-Scientology Blogger”
I know, it made me laugh.

I would nominate Scientologists who just faded out of the organization. Someone mentally out but physically in.
Mark Bunker is the boss!
Slow justice is no justice. Time to go back to the courts.
You need to go look at Marc Headley new channel. One of the videos is a rap song. https://youtu.be/CbZXNlpmLMc

Has to be “a member in good standing”
Oh haha. I never get it
