Unbelievable. Just as Dracula can't check his eyebrows for stray bushy bits, these abusers can't see what this makes them look like to an outside observer.

Inside the bubble this makes perfect sense. Confronting the attacker with evidence that proves how wrong she is to attack their immaculate perfection. Show her what they can release to the world to make her ashamed to have been born.

Inside the bubble they must be hoping she will just break down and go back to her brainwashed state. Join her old abuser "buddies" back in the bubble.

From the outside it is easy to see how nuts this idea is. But part of being in the bubble is being unable to perceive it. Not that you can't observe it, nobody is really that blind. But it would break your heart and make a lie of your entire life to embrace the truth of it.

Sorry to the unbelievers who will read this, but Isaiah 6:9 (quoted in Paul Simon's "Sounds of Silence") is too perfect to pass up: "And He said: 'Go and say to this people: Keep on hearing but do not understand, keep on seeing but do not perceive." Simon's version, "People talking without speaking. People hearing without listening. People writing songs that voices never shared. And no one dared disturb the sounds of silence."

They see Valerie simply as a traitor that must be brought back into the fold, to cease her attacks. They really think this Maoist style struggle session will do it. A credit to the invincible power of confirmation bias and cognitive dissonance.

Stay strong Valerie! A liar is only as strong as his latest lie, but the truth prevails.

I still don’t understand why Valerie is being forced to participate in and follow the rules of a religious ritual when she is no longer a parishioner.

I would love to see people gather outside whatever building this ridiculousness is being forced on her, with music and signs and chanting and dancing. We see you, Valerie. We see you, Dave.

A protest outside the Scientology building, and also outside the court house would be incredible.

"Accordingly, under any other circumstances than those herein, the Plaintiff would be permitted to disaffirm and cancel those documents upon the ground of incapacity."

Here comes the judge who has to use the word 'unconscionable' and apply that word to the law. Of course the CO$ will scream about 'interference' in their 'religious' matters, but any contract requiring 'arbitration' is a civil matter that the law can exam.

Once again, the CO$ shows that there is no stone they can't try to hide under and no law or 'decency' that they can violate in their quest for Galactic domination.

Stay strong Valerie, and good luck. It's a disgrace how the criminal organisation known as the "church" of $cientology has managed to bend the US court system to its terrible ends.

She is being forced to “route out correctly” just like Debbie Cook was. Since she wouldn’t come back and do it, they are trying to force it on her through the farce they call arbitration. If this farce continues, a protest needs to be set up outside the printing plant every day there is an arbitration. Attention needs to be called to the outside world that someone is being abused inside there. Having been in an abusive relationship and in Scientology, I can see why they believe they can get her to come back by continuing the abuse. It may have worked had she been gone a few weeks and not gotten her feet under her. Subjecting her to this eight years after the fact simply shows her exactly why she is glad she left.

Hubbard rigged all Scientology justice procedures against "SPs" who are parties in the proceedings.

There is no winning justice against Scientology within their procedures, if one is an "SP."

Only outside real world legal systems can at least be on the side of an "SP" wishing justice from Scientology.

It would be a huge mistake legally for any court in the US to let Scientology justice proceedings stand if one of the parties is an "SP" who is necessarily not given full rights within Scientology.

I hope the judge gets this.

A book on the two arbitrations now, needs be written.

Scientology's religious arbitration is unfair and this article proves how unfair it is.

Only the outside legal systems of a country, can get justice for ex Scientologists who are "SPs".

Hubbard rigged Scientology's options never to give "SPs" fair justice.

What do the experts on arbitration think about Scientology's arbitration?

There was a legal expert on Jewish Arbitration who Mike Rinder mentioned, and I wish that man could be brought into Valerie's legal team.

I wonder what he charges, and crowd sourcing to pay for him, I'd be happy to donate.

A dead fish stinks from the head. This arbitration is a classic example of David Miscavige bullying. He is one sick f—- and I feel empathetic to all persons who still support the toxic, inhumane organization. I was there for decades. Not a great place to be.

This whole proceeding makes my stomach churn at not only the ridiculous behavior of Scientology, but the turmoil Valerie is subjected to. Certainly, the judge will see clearly, right??!!
