On Saturday, we gave you some sense of what’s in Scientology’s huge attack on Leah Remini’s lawsuit, a blast of court documents and exhibits that totals more than a thousand pages.
Like a certain orange person, Scientology's "First Amendment" argument ignores that, while they are free to say whatever they want, they are also responsible for the effect of their statements. Furthermore, if they claim that Leah is lying about them, they should have sued her for defamation. But they wouldn't because they would be subject to discovery and have to disclose things through documents and testimony that her claims about "Fair Game" are false. In fact, it is Scientology that is attempting to impede Leah's First Amendment rights.
And ten years of "pre-litigation" surveillance? Seems a bit unhinged. Yes, you can surveil someone who is suing you or who has asserted a claim -- I loved my case where, when a guy claimed he was too incapacitated to see the company doctor, he was filmed engaging in construction on his home, lifting heavy beams, nailing overhead, etc. -- California has an anti-stalking statute that prohibits aggressive and threatening stalking.
"Scientology's "First Amendment" argument ignores that, while they are free to say whatever they want, they are also responsible for the effect of their statements." -- @$$holes always seem to forget that last part.
If a church can get tax-exempt abd recognized as a religion and thus gain all these superpowers, couldn't a mass of people form an anti-Scientology religion whose work for the public good (to qualify as proper church) includes how to properly do things without the tech, and offer assistance to those leaving any cult, and speak out against Scientology abd hide behind the first amendment?
I mean John Oliver created a church just for one episode to speak about megachurches and fraud filled leaders who abuse people for money and showed how easy it was...
If $cientology is a 'world wide' religion, where are the mOrgs in South America, most of Africa, the Islamic world and China and South East Asia? Taiwan alone doesn't cut it. I would love to see a mOrg in Pakistan or Egypt, the locals would go bananas.
There is a fundamental flaw in all of scientology’s legal defense tactics. So obvious it’s not being stated very much. Leah and Mike have spent most all of their efforts exposing “documented facts” regarding the church’s abuses, fraudulent money practices and fair game activities to destroy the lives of those who were abused.
While the church’s secretive spy wing The Office Of Special Affairs(OSA) spreads disinformation and complete lies regarding Leah, Mike and every other whistleblower including the proprietor of the underground bunker.
And now they are as usual trying to manipulate the legal system to shoot down Leah’s legitimate lawsuit against them.
When any one of us state our opinion that Scientology is a destructive, despicable, lying, cheating, money grubbing, brainwashing, gaslighting cult. Our opinion’s are based on verified facts and our personal experiences.
And what does Scientology’s scriptures say to do? Lie, Lie and more lying as it’s the greatest good………..
I know in some cases they partially admit to stuff to point to contracts and force things into religious arbitration. But, in any past suit have they ever so openly admitted to doing as much of the things they are saying they did in this case?

Scientology, Inc. has such a creative worldview.
What they see as a “world-wide religion” literally everyone else sees as a destructive high-control organization.

Who in their right mind would ever want to join a “religion” that does this to its ex-members?
In the age of the internet, of course Scientology is shrinking.
So much appreciate the time, money and efforts on your part to keep us informed, Tony. Please, everyone, help by supporting the Underground Bunker
