“It’s probably a tax dodge?” That’s the only straw I could come close to grasping as far as the YouTube video.

The Disney case is scary because it means other attorneys are paying attention to what Scientology lawyers are getting away with. It is so far out in left field, let’s hope no judge bites.

As for the murder in Italy, I’d like to believe there’s no connection to Scientology, but Scientology always seems to find its way into tragedies.

I like how Scientology tried to turn people's attention to Catholicism instead.

I’m using AI for many aspects of my film/music career. The use of a crude form of this technology has been extant for censorship for more than a few years. And groups like Scientology and other high control groups are now using it to lie and manipulate group members or critics.

Now their trick will be gaming AI. Scientology has no doubt figured this out. I use AI for creative purposes, criminals will use it to scam people and evade justice.

My suggestion is do your own research and understand how the AI technology is reshaping our world. Here is a link to a promo video for my music catalogue. Almost all of the video and images were created with the help of AI. The music was written and produced by me and my partner.

The Elvis story deserves its own comment. That woman really had giant cajones. It really makes you wonder what she’s gotten away with in the past that makes her even think she can try this kind of scheme.

$cientologists will always provide news for things like stalking exs and covering up sex crimes and the all too usual financial crimes.

The Disney case is a wonderful example of 'arbitration' being used to force lawsuits into a completely wrong venue. That 50k claim is just a threshold that is needed to get the lawsuit going. I too hope that the asking price is much, much higher. Screw the Mouse, and Disney should fire any lawyers who pulled the 'arbitration' thing. The Mouse Empire needs a good kick in the nuts. And put pants on Donald Duck!

Disney is an evil empire, full of pedophiles. Its in league with SCN and other psychopathic corporations, hence firing lawyers who use SCN tactic, probably not going to happen.

Today's question:

"...Is it that Scientology’s thuggish ways are really spreading in our world, or was Scientology always reflecting the bad behavior and grifting habits of the cruel reality we live in?...." - Tony Ortega, above

I think a full study of the whole Hubbard cult will find the majority of Scientology cult's thuggish ways come from irreligious tactics already existing in western developed society.

I think the deepest flaws Hubbard embedded with "religious" angle solidity into the official Scientology cult of today, 2024, are from high priced lawyers and judges' views.

I'd say high level societal corruption immorality is deepest at fault.

BEST Hubbard admission of what are Hubbard's boundaries, are the all time important "The Responsibilities of Leaders" writing, aka "the Simon Bolivar policy."

Scientology quackery was to remove all of humanity's collective "case" of bad soul memories which in turn is the way to fix society's immorality even in the high zone of the world.

Hubbard admits there and urges that for this cult group of Scientology to move along with society, it has to adopt the "mores" of the current society. The "Simon Bolivar" policy needs deeper study, it reveals Hubbard's mentality.

That is the ultimate doctrinal "orthodox" Hubbard underlying crux of why Scientology/Hubbard follow the path high priced lawyers and judges approve of which fit with current high level legal loopholes and principles of western developed countries.

The "religion angle" which Hubbard takes, counter balances all the nasty high priced lawyers' legal but immoral tactics.

"Simon Boliver" is the policy, and IS the crux of why never ever ever, join the Hubbard cult, if all the other media well exposed flaws in Scientology are not enough.

I wish to heaven (or to the cosmos) that some academic discussion knowledgable about the whole Hubbard cult "policy" corpus would take up the 10 or so key Hubbard policies, all of which would support my opinion here.

Scientology/Hubbard is sliding along feeling their way, within the boundaries which the high priced lawyers and legal systems of western developed countries allow.

Chuck Beatty

1975 to 2003, mainly a cult dupe staffer in the paperpusher Hubbard bureaucracy nutball principles, I did the final 3rd round "research and writing" of the in house "routing forms" project 1983 to 1985. One of the biggest lessons I was painted into a corner into adopting as my only "saving grace" which was become an expert on the Hubbard policy options only. Never invent any step for any administrative cult procedure that is not written by Hubbard. "Follow Source (cult boss founder Hubbard!" Period

Summary:

Answer: society

Reference/admission by Hubbard: "Simon Bolivar" policy

Sorry for being this pedantic Scientology dupe "expert"

Scientology is a nasty rightfully avoided scam con faux religion, which uses the Hubbard past lives pseudo-therapy quackery and uses the Hubbard exorcism/soul-freeing OT 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 five steps to supposedly remove Xenu's dumped invisible souls, called "body-thetans", off of our human body, to supposedly alleviate a whole lot of bad soul memories that both we and our "body-thetans" are percolating and making our lives hard for us and the world. Simply put, Scientology's a quackery soul bad memories alleviation practice, which uses past lives various angled pseudo-therapy and exorcism, to supposedly do the wonderful soul memories alleviation which is supposed to produce supernaturally improved people. It doesn't, it's a scam, a long drawn out scam that Hubbard dribbled out in such a poorly summarized practice, that if you are vulnerable to some of the Hubbard false promises, the whole of the big monolithic Hubbard official cult, will consume your time until you finally wise up this operation is a scam. Never join it, of course. It's quackery, it's "rubbish" as John Sweeney rightly summarized of it.

Finally, of relevance, is the Hubbard solution to all of humanity's problems, are "case" alleviation, and it comes down mainly, in the end, in Hubbard's opinion, to our "OT case" which are our body-thetans/invisible souls problem. Exorcising the body-thetans is the solution, and the body-thetans on our human bodies is the ultimate target. Xenu is the culprit. Hubbard's quack exorcism is the ultimate most beneficial soul practice earthlings should get trained on and engage in, to the earth's betterment. it's quackery.

Should YouTube have taken down the video? Probably not. Should Frederick Brennan have faced actual consequences for all the harm he's caused through 8ch? Definitely yes.

People and pets have been killed because of his (in)actions and his punishment was to be in a documentary. <insert obscenity-laden rant here>
