I think Fabos ended up being almost like a living demonstration of how scientology makes its parishioners behave. In that sense I think his testimony could play well with the jury even though he tried to avoid backing up Jane Doe. His testimony that he's only recently become an ardent scientologist was very significant I think in terms of the scenario I outlined above.
Jeffrey is great in that he really gives no quarter which is a fun contrast to Tony who does an amazing job of laying out the case in a neutral fashion. Thank you!

BTW, you’re coverage is so important. Was watching legacy media and the commentator said that things will really change up when Masterson presents tons of witnesses to refute.. But as you reported, their list is very short, so that expert obviously didn’t know the full story. That’s why we need your detailed reporting.

"As he opened his testimony, Zavala was asked if he recognized Masterson in the room by the prosecution — the response to which drew one of the few visible reactions from Masterson throughout the trial."
"Yes," he answered, describing him as the man in the "dark gray suit, with curly red hair, and pale skin."
"Later, when Zavala left the stand after further questioning, Masterson glared at him as he exited the courtroom."

Two points: do you think they will recall JD to ask if Fabos was on the holiday with her and if so why did she wait until she got back to LA to discuss her situation. Second- do you think then they call the officer from 2018 will they ask if Danny was required to turn in all his weapons ( guns) to show he is a gun guy?

Seems like Cohen sent Borthwick in to provoke the judge into treating them unfairly, so he could play victim and get a mistrial.
