If the jurors have an IQ over 90 it should be obvious that this is just defense creating these imaginary straws and then grasping at what they created out of thin air. They'll dig their own graves..
Yes, I think Meuller knew that, part of why it happened the way it did along with cousin saying he was on other trips but not that one. Given the defense accosting him outside the courtroom last week, they had to defang that potential avenue and kill his credibility. In that regards, I think the defense played into the prosecutions hands on that one.

And this is a direct quote from the NTSB “The minimum age is for parasailing is five, and those under the age of 18 need to have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver for them.” Sooo did JD1 sign a waiver for him to take her young daughter parasailing with him?

Parasailing has been around since the 1960s.
But it wasn’t mainstream until 2013.
Mainstream? I’ve had Florida family my whole life. Look at Sunbiz, you see tons of parasail companies that formed in the 1970s and 80s.
